OUR PROCESS
Rental Process
- Confirm location
Provide access details and location of set -up. This may involve one of the team visiting your address to confirm it’s all doable
- We issue your quote
We help a lot of people and also work closely with WINZ
- You pay the set-up and delivery costs
It’s important these are paid in full prior to delivery day. Once payment is received, we issue your hire contract with terms and conditions
- Delivery day – some key points
–Make sure there is clear access to your location (cars removed from driveways, overhanging trees have been trimmed back etc)
– Make sure the site is clear from obstacles
– Our delivery team covers all health and safety for you. They ensure the cabin is in the right place, that it is level, install the deck and connect to power using a 15m caravan lead. And most importantly they make sure that you are happy before they leave
- You move into one of our fabulous Pencarrow Cabins and enjoy!
Buying Process
- Initial Contact
We’re here to listen and can step you through our standard plans and design features working with you to ensure your specifications are understood. We’ll also talk through your onsite requirements and transportation options for your new space.
- Proposal and Quote
Once you’re happy, we send through our build proposal and quote and finalise any remaining aspects for you.
- Building Contract
Once you’re 100% happy and ready to press Go – it’s time to accept the quote, sign the building contract and pay the deposit. Our Team then prepares and submits relevant council consent documentation. Once approved we start construction on your new home.
- Relax – we’ve got it covered
Communication is key, and we keep you fully informed throughout the build process with photos and schedule updates. We can also arrange for you to come and walk through your new home at our workshop.
- Delivery Day
Come delivery day your onsite works are done, the transport truck is booked and insurance is in place. All that is left to do is connect the cabin to the piles and services and move in and enjoy your fabulous new space!
