Every cabin is crafted with care, using durable New Zealand materials, and delivered by people who genuinely want to help. For us, it’s not just about extra space. It’s about making life easier, more comfortable, and more flexible for you.

Meet Fiona

Fiona Burke is the founder and Managing Director of Pencarrow Cabins.

Raised on a Hawke’s Bay farm, she brings a practical, down‑to‑earth approach — clear communication, straight answers, and a focus on making the process easy.

Her background in social housing shaped the way Pencarrow Cabins operates today: well‑designed cabins and a simple, stress‑free experience.

Fiona runs the day‑to‑day business. Her husband, Jon, is also a director, though he’s no longer involved in daily operations.

They have two daughters, Isla and Sophie, who give them a natural appreciation for how valuable extra space can be for families.

When you get in touch, you’ll speak directly with Fiona. She’ll help you choose the right cabin, check your site, and guide you through each step.
