Pencarrow Cabins rent Large and Extra-Large cabins with prices starting from $105 per week including GST. They sit on a galvanised steel chassis – not wheels – for increased stability. We’ll deliver your rental cabin using our specialised trailer – and if it needs to be lifted over a fence, we can organise a Hiab crane.

9 Steps To Sorting Your Summer Cabin
- Consider what kind of space you need. Do you need extra space for Nana? Or are Aunty, Uncle and the cousins joining you this year? Or perhaps you need extra indoor living or dining space for when the weather turns? We’ve got a space for you. Check out the available options on our website, or give us a call.
- Speak to your local council to see if there are any regulations you need to be aware of. Pencarrow Cabins can help guide you through this process.
- Talk to us! We’ll chat about your needs and wants and help you make a selection.
- Talk to your bank or financer if you need to. Regardless of this, plan out your costs now. As with any construction project, it’s best to understand all your costs before you press go!
- If you want your cabin plumbed for sinks, a shower or toilet, we’ll need to speak to a local drainlayer and plumber to get an idea of costs. Tip: Smaller, unplumbed cabins are quicker and easier for Pencarrow Cabins to build and get to you.
- Need building consent? We’ll help you through this process.
- For your new cabin’s foundations, a soil test (penetrometer) conducted to assess the depth the piles will be required to go to.
- Leave the rest to us, we’ll either begin construction of your cabin or organise the delivery of one of our rental options on a date that suits you.
