VISION & MISSION
Everyone deserves a warm, dry, comfortable place to live. But that’s not always easy or affordable. Many of us are faced with the need for extra space to work, live or play – a place for you and your family to spread out to, work in, retreat to or just stay for a while. We believe where there’s a will there’s a way. So we started Pencarrow Cabins to give people an affordable way to create healthy, happy living spaces that don’t compromise on quality or style.

Growing up on a Hawke’s Bay farm has a lot to do with Fiona’s practical nature. Responsible for the day-to-day running of Pencarrow Cabins, her experience in property and social housing combined with those down-to-earth farming skills led her to see the real potential of portable housing and start Pencarrow Cabins together with her husband Jon.
